How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for special events like weddings, proms, or concert transportation. For wedding services, 3-6 months in advance is ideal. For regular airport transfers or business travel, 48 hours notice is usually sufficient, but we will always try to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will be charged 50% of the reservation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Do your rates include gratuity?

No, our rates do not include gratuity. A 20% driver gratuity is appreciated for their professional service and attention to detail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

What is the difference between your services?

Transfer Service is a direct point-to-point service with a single pickup and drop-off location. “As Directed” service provides you with a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time, allowing multiple stops and waiting time as needed.

Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes, we can provide car seats upon request. Please specify this need when making your reservation so we can ensure the proper equipment is available.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights and adjust our pickup times accordingly at no additional charge. Our drivers will be waiting for you regardless of delays.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, depending on the vehicle and service. Our SUVs have no minimum for standard transfers. Sprinters require a 5-hour minimum for “As Directed” service, and our Party Bus requires a 4-hour minimum on weekdays and a 5-hour minimum on weekends.
Can we bring alcohol in the vehicles?
Yes, passengers of legal drinking age may bring and consume alcohol in our vehicles. We provide ice and cups in our Sprinter and Party Bus. Please drink responsibly.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties, including Macomb Twp, Shelby Twp, Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Richmond, Romeo, Washington Twp, Rochester, Troy, Sterling Heights, Clinton Twp, and Harrison Twp. We also provide airport transfers to and from Detroit Metro Airport.
Do you charge extra for additional stops?
For Transfer Service, additional stops may incur extra charges. For “As Directed” service, multiple stops are included within your reservation time.
What happens if we go over our scheduled time?
If you need to extend your reservation time, we charge at our standard hourly rate for that vehicle (in 30-minute increments), subject to availability.
Are your vehicles cleaned between clients?
Absolutely. All our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each client to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

Changes to existing reservations can be made by calling us at (586) 258-9282. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, subject to availability.

Do you provide transportation for large groups?

Yes, our Mercedes Sprinter can accommodate up to 12-14 passengers, and our Ford F550 Party Bus can transport up to 27-28 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles.

What makes your service different from rideshare apps?

Unlike rideshare services, we provide guaranteed reservations with professional chauffeurs, premium luxury vehicles, consistent high-quality service, and the ability to customize your transportation experience to your specific needs.
